Shipping is free if your order includes at least the stated minimum threshold of eligible items. Any item with “FREE Shipping” on the product page will be sent to you without any shipping charges. Your package will be delivered by either our courier partner or our delivery boy within the stipulated time.

Transit time will vary depending upon the location and the shipping speed you selected. You can expect delivery between 1-3 business days. We calculate transit time using business days. Saturday and Sunday don’t usually count toward the transit time. An exception to this is when a weekend delivery option is available during checkout. We also take holidays into account when calculating the transit time.

You can track your order by simply logging into your FocusWayPlus account or you can also use your Order ID and Email to track your order without logging into your FocusWayPlus account.
